Gold Series Test Sieves are
fabricated using a fine mesh screen cloth
produced to extraordinary "tight"
tolerances. The product assures the user,
the permissible variation of the average
openings of the instrument will be one-half
(50%) of the allowable ASTM or ISO
specifications. The Gold Series products are
available in stainless steel frames and
cloth, on a "Special" basis, and
sell at premium prices. (USA No. 20 through
500).

The kit has been specifically
designed for use with the W. S. Tyler Ro-Tap sieve
shaker. There are some materials which, when tested
dry, produce less than accurate particle analysis
results.
If the material is not soluble in water and
reproducible results are difficult to obtain, then
wet testing may be the method required to produce
accurate data.
Special design, deep frame sieves have been
available for "hand" wet testing when the
applications have called for testing particles of
one size. However, in some tests, the application
requires analysis at a number of particle size
specifications.
Our new Wet Test Kit allows the user to take
advantage of the benefits and accuracy of mechanical
sieving when a "stack" of sieves is to be
used. Included in the kit package is all the
necessary equipment to convert a standard Ro-Tap
into a wet testing station (the kit does not include
a shaker).

The W. S. Tyler Sound
Enclosures are designed to be used exclusively with
the Tyler Ro-Tap® Sieve Shakers. The
enclosures accommodate the Ro-Tap®'s,
RX-29/RX-30 and RX-94.
The sturdy cabinets are fabricated with 18 gauge
steel and supplied complete with a 1" metal
faced, acoustic foam, inner liner.
Operating noise levels of the Tyler Ro-Tap®
is reduced from approximately 85 dB (A) to 60 dB (A)
with use of the Sound Enclosures. |

| Sample Splitters are designed
to reduce or half the original sample size and
maintain representative size distribution. Sample
splitters are made of corrosion, abrasion
resistant steel in two widths, 1/2" (Model
SS-50) or 1" (Model SS-100). |
| Specifically designed to
decrease samples to workable testing sizes, the
sample reducer accurately maintains representative
particle size distribution. With one pour into the
feed hopper, material is reduced 16 times as it
travels throughout its geometrically designed
pattern. |

atop both W. S. Tyler's quality cleaning brushes.
We offer a soft nylon bristle brush for fine sieve
apertures, 200 mesh and finer, and a brass bristle
